muslin cloth. My derm says it is all I need. I don't think I'd buy some of the other facial tools- I'd either go to my derm for procedures. I don't like messing around with the delicate skin on my face too much- I'll leave it for the experts for that.

The two I use regular are the derma wand, and I light thing that opens up like a book and I do my whole face just leaning into it. I have a drawerful of things I never use....time to dig them out I guess.....

There are several that I use and have seen great results from. Foreo luna, facemaster/serious skinn care egg, light stim and a dermabrasion device.

Emjoi eRase -- does that qualify for a facial gadget? I only use it for my face and gives me waxing-smooth hairless skin with no irritation and downtime.

Tied for 1st place is Foreo Luna. The more I use it -- the longer I have it, the more I love it.

Honorable Mention goes to NuFace because I didn't stick with it. Too time consuming and I hated the extra steps (cleanse/gel/cleanse). But when I WAS using it with regularity, I was starting to see a real difference.
