What is the difference between the READY Touch Up Veil and the Original Mineral Veil? Also...

I have been thinking about trying the Touch Up Mineral Veil but I would like to know what is the difference between it and the Original Mineral Veil. Please do not say it is pressed and that it has SeaNutritive MineralTM Complex in it because I already saw that.

I also would like to know what brush would you use with it. I would like to carry it in my purse but do not want whatever residual powder left on the brush to get on my purse.
