There are plain Witch Hazel toners and then there are Witch Hazel toners with other ingredients like Rose, Aloe Vera, and Lavender. Which is better? Thank you.

I like Thayers Rose Toner. It's Organic, alcohol free & not distilled.

I like the Thayers brand that has Witch Hazel and Aloe Vera. The toners are alcohol-free. If you look for Thayers, be careful because their astringents come in similar looking bottles and are often lumped together with the toners, but the astringents DO contain some alcohol. I've used the Rose, Lavender, and Cucumber toners and like all of them.

I would also recommend Thayers, which you can purchase through Vitacost. There are several 'flavors' and are fine for sensitive skin.

I can find it at the more "natural" grocery stores here. I'm guessing Whole Foods might have it, some drugstores? It's available online, too. And I agree, thumbs up for Thayers.

I just use plain old witch hazel. I didn't know there were different brands.

Another vote for Thayers. I've been using the alcohol-free cucumber for years.
