I have been using Nick Chavez's Hydrating hairspray and I love it, just curious about any others you have been using that have nice hold, but aren't sticky and cakey in the hair? Thanks!!!!!!!!

Hello, CANDLEQUEEN.

I use Nick's Amazon Hair Body Building Spray, but I don't use it for volume or body for the hair. I use it for control and styling instead. That's not sticky or heavy. I also use Nick's Starlet Shine Spray. That's not for any type of hold, style or volume. Just shine, but that's not sticky or heavy, either.

I just picked up LOreal's Lock It Weather Proof hair spray.. I really like it since it lasted through the humid beach and my sweat on Wednesday while I was out with my mother and sister on St. Simon's Island. I really love Rusk's Being Sexy for a flexible hold that lasts and smells AWESOME!

Rusk W8less shaping & control hairspray...a great texturizer also and leaves the hair soft...I have always hated hairspray, so I just use very little and it works great for my hairstyle.

I love Elnet by L'Oreal. You can find it at Target, Walmart, RiteAid. Runs around 12.99 - 14.99.

Marc Anthony with Moroccan Argan Oil, sprays on very dry, not wet feel to it. Walmart has it now.

I've tried MANY hairsprays over the years, but once I used L'Oreal Elnett, I've never used anything else.   NEVER sticky, and some versions have SPF .... Love it !!
