What happened to the samples we used to get with a beauty order?

I remember getting samples packets with every beauty order. Often I'd get a larger deluxe sized sample. I ordered through QVC because of the deluxe samples. With the s&h and lack of samples the only way I order beauty from QVC lately is if it is exclusive, tsv, or sold out everywhere else. I do not know about everyone else, but the only beauty order I get samples with anymore is a tarte tsv. I'm really disappointed. Is it just me? Why did QVC stop the samples?
