In B & N the other day a young lady, smelled like she just came out of the shower. I love a fresh clean scent whether it's male or female. So grooming, I think it's true not to overdue perfume, because sometimes just the fresh scent of soap, smells great!

I agree with posts #1 and #2.

I use Philosophy Amazing Grace as my light scent (lotion).

My problem is sunscreen. I can't stand any hint whatsoever of the smell of sunscreen. Unscented or fragrance free still has a sunscreen smell.

This might seem funny but my tip is take a shower. You would be surprised how many people have terrible hygiene habits.

I have met people who don't shower for days and just "wash" up at the sink.

Take a shower, brush your teeth, use feminine products and when needed handle "issues" that might arise.

Do not over pluck your eyebrows, as they may not grow back. oh, and floss everyday, I have bone loss because I did not do this.

Use sunscreen everyday (especially on cloudy days) and moisturize your skin.

And DON'T SMOKE!

Always take the time to remove your make up before going to bed. This "philosophy about makeup that is so good for your skin, you can sleep in it, sorry, I'm not buying into it. Besides, I don't want it on my pillow!

I agree with others this is the best advice ever. I would not leave the house without it. I use CeraVe Am with UVA/UVB protection which has Ceramides, Niacinamide and Hyaluronic Acid. All which are good for the skin. Also not expensive.
