What do you use for concealer?

I have dark circles under my eyes. Can you suggest a good concealer that's relatively inexpensive. I don't want to get stuck at one of those counters in a fancy department store, where they try to sell you their whole line of cosmetics. I was thinking more like a Target. Thanks in advance!
