Re: What did you use up this week? 7/7

[ Edited ]

I used up my Paul Mitchell Undone Texture Spray- its my favorite hair spray and I was all excited to use the last bit on my tossled and volumized blow out the other day and it let out this hilarious little hiss like a little snake and just stopped.  Smiley Very Happy

Just some eyelashes. I have a few pair that or too far gone to wear again and or mismatched. I thought today's eyelashes at the time but didn't. One wasn't as full as the other. So I pulled out my mascara and added a couple of coats to one and now they both look the same.  Long bangs that cover up my lashes and nobody's the wiser ☺️. I got zero sleep last night. Mountain Dew and tea last night...oy!

I used up a bottle of Federic Fekkai Shampoo.  I really like it and will repurchase.

Yay, another hourglass primer user!  I'm still scraping the sides of my bottle. When I run out I'll buy more on eBay

Hi @monicakm  I scrape the sides of my bottles, too.  I bought a little spatcula set at Ulta.  It could be made a little better, but it does the job.  And it's so satisfying to get the last drop!!

That's what I have too.  I bought a set of two (one larger than the other) at WM years ago.

Re: What did you use up this week? 7/7

A tube of Estee Lauder Futurist Foundation. I never intended to buy this product, but purchased it on a whim from Ulta one day when they had Double Wear on special during one of their 21 Days of Beauty.  I bought the DoubleWear, but wound up playing around with the Futurist.  I liked the light liquidy serum texture and my color number 5W2 was perfect.

Inspite of its light texture, this product wears well in all conditions.  The ultimate test was recently I was caught in a raining buckets shower without an umbrella or hood.  When I arrived at my destination, my clothes were a mess and my shoes were soaked, but my makeup was "bulletproof."  I knew Futurist could hold up to sweat, but I was worried about it in heavy rain. I do not carry makeup in my handbag, so I have to trust my application and products. Of course, Lancome's Hynose didn't move (and I do not wear waterproof). Laura Geller's blush was where it was upon application, and on this day I was wearing Laura's Ink-credible eyeliner and eyeshadows from one of her pallets and no touch-up was needed. The lips were a combination of colors, but the glue so to speak was a dab of Mented Liquid Lipstick on top.
