This week I used up:

Timeless - Matrixyl Synthe'6 Serum.  Replaced with same.

Naturium - Used up the Retinol Complex Serum and replaced with the Naturium Retinalhyde (sp?) 0.05% cream.  Have only used the new one a couple of times but so far so good.   Using it 3x a week for now.

That's it.  Looking forward to reading all the posts.

Hi Beauties - 

We came home from Michigan Tuesday afternoon/evening.  Our usual system for travel and loading the car is that I/we will put everything in a staging area and then DH loads the car because he's practically a Tetris master when it comes to car packing.  By the time we got home I was so pooped that I told DH I'd unpack my beauty cases tomorrow (Wednesday). So yesterday I had a leisurely morning with my coffee and iPad.  My outfit and jewelry were planned.  I'm ready to shower and I can't find the beauty case that held all the skincare.  He looked for it and couldn't find it either.  I texted my niece, who was now at my sister's house, and she said it was there.  I didn't want to open anything new from my stash, but had left some things home when I originally packed so I've been on a reduced/modified routine for a couple of days.  My niece will be heading home tomorrow, will pass through about 30 miles from us, and we'll be able to arrange a meeting place once she has a timeline established.  Hey, It could have been worse.  At least it wasn't my makeup!  That really would have been the pits!

Anyway, here's what happened this week -

Torriden DIVE-IN Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum - used up, had a new bottle ready and waiting.  I like this serum. I wouldn’t mind trying other things from this brand.

Nassif Detox Pads - used up, opened a new jar

Dr. Denese Pads - used up, opened a new jar

Laura Geller Large Eyeshadow Sets (2 different ones) - I’ve become disenchanted with these.  Sometimes looking at big multi colored kits is impressive and you feel eyeshadow rich with all of those colors.  Then you realize that so many of them are barely a hair of a shade different from the one on either side of any given one.  Then you decide that storing these plate sized palettes is more of an inconvenience than it is worth hanging onto them.  And then you remind yourself that you’re trying to eliminate talc (me too, @JudyL), when you can, is the last thing that helps to convince yourself.  And boom, they’re toast.

Happy Friday.  Stay cool!  I used up:

Revlon nailpolish.  I used this one last time, but was getting thick.  About 1/4 bottle left.  I loved the color, but its the most awful brush.  Tossed.

replaced my fish oil suppliment.  

That's it ladies.  Some slow weeks for me.  Stay safe in this heat.

@JeanLouiseFinch Thank goodness you just left it at your sister's house and your niece is coming close enough to meet up. I totally understand, my husband is a tetris master too when loading the car! Glad your skincare is on its way back to you!! Have a good weekend.

You obviously like this, @Desertdi , if you had the replacement ready. I used to use Mad Hippie eye cream which also had Eyeliss and Haloxyl.  I liked it a lot and used it for years, but wandered.  I've been thinking about going back but will check this one out too and see how the rest of the ingredients and price compares.

Good morning ladies.   Yesterday truly felt like a Friday to me,  and I'm still working!  I know a lot of my retired friends tell me they lose track of the days.   

BB Instant Long Wear make up remover in trial size (no back up but I would order)

RMS Lip Pencil in Sunset Nude (LOVE - have back ups)

That's it this week.   Still trying to sort through some things to give away.
