Re: What did you use up this week? 6/16

Used up Morgan Schick's Active Argan sunscreen. Had this for 2 years. I'm not a big ss user, but use this on my decollete and arms especially since I'm out everyday. Recently got another, but also the Bloomeffects one.

Also replenished Alpha's body wash.

@JeanLouiseFinch

Thank you!  Yes, your response is helpful!  I'm definitely going to try the Benefit Bad Gal Bang.  Benefit eye products have always been a favorite of mine.  They also have a new brow powder that I'm going to buy.  Hopefully it's a good match for my auburn hair.

Re: What did you use up this week? 6/16

Happy weekend beauties!

I used up: Isle of Paradise medium tanning drops 4ml sample size- I liked this because I could mix it with my regular moisturizer for just a subtle hint of color. I don't generally "self tan" but this helps me with just a touch of color on my legs. I repurchased a b tan brand from Ulta to try out as it was less expensive.

Garneier Fructis shampoo 12.5oz -I've been enoying this brand and replaced with another.

Ulta makeup remover cloths for sensitive skin 25ct- have one more here.

Tossed: the last bit of a Salon Selectives Marula Magic hair conditioner- This was absolutely awful, it made my hair feel like straw. The kids had used some of it and I tried to finish it but just couldn't use it up.

Tossed a mini liquid lipstick and a stretched out hair tye.

Set aside to donate a brand new Lacura face cleanser that is too drying for my skin.

That's it for me this week, have a great weekend everyone!

Re: What did you use up this week? 6/16

[ Edited ]

Hi Ladies~

Used up:

Philosophy mini shower gel in Raspberries & Creme (from last year's 12 pc. summer kit)

A generic Vanilla Gel soap from an old spa gift basket given to me many years ago. Very nice, creamy, but I could never replace it, as I have no idea what it was or where it was from. Still had some life in it, but once a soap gets down to a small piece, I'm ready to move on. I replaced it with a lovely Gardenia scented soap I bought in a 3 pc. kit at Marshall's, made in Italy, very creamy, lathery, non-drying, lovely fresh (not cloying) clean scent. Well, THAT was a lot of detail on 2 bars of soap! Lol.

Tossed:

An older Josie Marin mini body butter, unscented, from one of her old 5 pc. trial kits she used to have. (Wish she still offered those...I always loved having the scent variety, and the minis lasted long for small jars. Good for travel, also.) Anyway, this had gotten separated, watery, & didn't smell right. Was only a little left, so didn't waste much.

Digging in the back of my bathroom sink vanity, I noticed a few items that had fallen behind the drawer backs, where there's an opening in the back of the cabinet. Found an ancient jumbo Tawakan conditioner, I thought I'd used up years ago! This set of shampoo/conditioner (shampoo is gone) I bought probably 12-15 years ago! Believe it or not, still using up what's left of this conditioner, in a small bottle I used to decant it to. It's still fine, and only a few uses left. (I have many shampoo/conditioners I rotate with, and conditioners always get used up last for some reason.) It was bubbling out the top of the pump bottle as if like a science experiment gone bad! I was actually relieved to toss it....I have so many other fresh conditioners I'm currently using along with their shampoo matches. This Tawakan was actually very nice, worked well with my hair. Amazon still carries it, but not sure it's the same formula.

Mally blush that came in an old eye shadow, blush, lip kit from years ago...others items are used up. Pretty shade in one of her signature colors (I forget the name, but it was a Spring color kit)

Hadn't used it in a long time and the consistency seemed dried up. It didn't really color the blush brush or my face. Rubbed it with my finger, seemed stiff & dry...tossed it. I usually use my Laura Geller blushes everyday, just had decided I'd try this again, but apparently too late!

I think that's all and enough from me this week!

Have a nice Sunday everyone. 🌸
