I didn't use up anything this week, but I threw away some face primers that I had for a long time, because I don't use primers.

Tossed:

Supergoop Shimmershade in Sunset - I made very good progress on this but it's impossible to use it up before the expiration date (for the SPF). It's been 2 years since I opened this and the texture is still good but I know the SPF, which was the reason I purchased this in the first place, is no longer effective since it expired back in 2020. I'm finding that I just don't like using my fingers to apply makeup, which is probably why I didn't use this enough. Switching over to eyeshadow sticks instead.

Thanks @kathie66 !  I used up:

Thann .75 oz. orange and tangerine hand wash.  Almost like a hotel sample size.  I have no idea where I got it.  Scent was nice.

Tossed:  a liquid eye liner in black.  I tried to like this.  The paintbrush like applicator was awful, and I could not draw a fine line near my lash line.  Out it went.  I usually use soft crayon eyeliners.  I swear I poked myself with this wand every time.

@Lipstickdiva   I know what you mean about the unscented.  I've used it before.  It has almost a smoky odor to it, like unrefined shea butter.  I don't mind it that much, but the other versions of the lotion do smell better.

I used up: a bar of Softsoap lavender scented soap 3.2oz- I get 2 packs of these from Dollar Tree. I like them because they don't make my skin feel dry in the winter. Replaced with another one.

Physician Formula Shimmer strips eyeliner in Pewter- I used to really like these eyeliners but the last couple of times I've purchased them they seem dry and hard to apply. I don't know if the formula changed or if I just got old products but I won't repurchase these when the other ones I have are gone.

Ulta gel eyeliner in a brown color- I've had this for a couple of years and wasted about half of it because when I tried to sharpen it the product kept breaking off. I don't know if it is the eyeliner or if my sharpener is dull and needs to be replaced because it was happening with some other liners too. I think I will try to stick to automatic eyeliners when my current stash is gone.

@Lipstickdiva - I have this too and really like it. I would describe the scent as some type of floral, but it is very light and doesn't linger at all so it doesn't interfere with any other scent that I might be wearing that day. I really like it and use it a lot in the winter.

I used up my last auto delivery bottle of Sunday Riley's Luna Sleeping Night Oil. I haven't checked to see if it's still available but thought I'd give it a while to see if there was any difference. I really loved the product so we'll see. Also finished up a Clinique eye liner. I had another in my stash but the last one started flecking off so wasn't sure I wanted to stay with it, thinking maybe they'd changed the formulation. I'll be trying others as available, it just seems not a lot is right now
