Re: What did you use up this week? 4/7

@MG Chris  I love Ambi. Sorry to hear it is discontinued. I used that years back at some dark spots I was getting on my forehead and it worked so well.

That sucks! I always felt reassured that it would be there if I needed it again. That's been around for years.

I know, when I started I just wanted to fade them as much as possible. This product has exceeded my expectations. They have a new formula but I don't trust new formulas.

Re: What did you use up this week? 4/7

Good Friday Blessings, Beauties! 🌷

Heres what happened this week....

The Ordinary High Adherence Primer - had s small amount left in the tube, just a few applications worth.  It’s inexpensive and works well, but the tube/contents is rather small.   Not immediately replacing since I have other primers in my stash that I should use first

IT No. 50 Serum Primer - used up.  I came across this in my stash in January.  I had always liked it before, and it didn’t remember i had it.  I had purchased a few on a great sale and thought I’d used all of them.  It didn’t seem to have gone bad, so I began using it again.  I still liked it and was disappointed to learn it had been discontinued.  Had it not been, I would repurchased.

Distinction Firmalift Serum - used up.  This is a staple for me, had a new one ready to open.

Skinn Age Reset Serum (supersize) - I used one up and had my last one on hand.  It’s been a longtime favorite, a constant in my routine for many years.  Truth be told, my introduction to Skinn was when Dimitri launched the Age Reset Serum on ShopHQ, in a great multi piece DWP kit.  Anyway, I canceled my A/S plan in December and knew the day was coming when I’d eventually be done with it.  I had every intention of moving on, but just can’t do it.  I started thinking about product itself, my complexion, the value, and I had regrets. I called  HSN CS to see if I could reinstate my A/S plan.  The CSA wasn’t sure, but she tried and it worked!  She also let me push the shipment out until next month.  The tube is large (3.4 oz.) so I’ll probably adjust the shipment schedule and push it out further since I won’t really need it until August or September.  I’m really happy about this because it’s  double the amount of the regular size but priced less than the cost of a regular size, and free shipping! Score!

@JeanLouiseFinch  - is there a difference between the SKINN Age Reset Serum and the DWP Age Reset Serum.  Both are shown on HSN website but don't know the difference if any.

Also, was wondering since I use separate serums for retinol, niacinamide at night would this take the place of those?

Cetaphil moisturizing cream -  Will not replace at this time since I have other body creams and lotions to try and/or use up.  Currently, I'm using a Philosophy firming body emulsion for the first time.

@JudyL  they are the same.  I think it's something with the people at HSN who enter the listings and assign titles.  They don't always know the products like we do.  For instance, yesterday the CSA kept calling it Age Resist even though we were both talking about the same thing.  What I'm getting is the Age Reset Serum Intensive. The supersize was a TS last year.

Dimitri always says he uses higher levels of actives than other brands so you might be able to replace those other treatments.

@JeanLouiseFinch - Thank you!  Using one thing at night sounds a lot better to me than using many.  Will wait and see what the TS is on Wed.  Maybe they'll have this on a reduced price.

Re: What did you use up this week? 4/7

Two of my fave items - I stocked up on the BM tinted moisturizers last year. It was on a great sale - I don't understand how they run low or out of shades or the entire product!  On all the online vendors.  Even Sephora totally ran out.  It's the BEST quasi foundation I've ever used. 💖💖👍. Did you ever buy the same product in the stick form?  It's great for keeping on hand but it's a bit heavier - works as a concealer in a pinch.

I also love Tweak'd and I stock up when QVC or HSN runs specials. Yes -
we do love these CLEAN products!
