Re: What celebrity/famous person ....

Samuel L. Jackson sat across from me on a public bus from downtown LA to Santa Monica with the bill of his hat pulled down over his eyes (probably so people would not recognize him). Our eyes met and mine got huge and he nodded. I didn't say anything and he quietly got off the bus a few stops down the line where there was a theatre off to the right of the bus.

Jesse Jackson was sitting in first class when I boarded an American Airlines flight from Newark to Chicago. Once again, our eyes met and mine got huge. He nodded and waved and did not mind being recognized.

Bryan Buffington, who played "Little Billy" on the former soap Guiding Light, was shopping at the Ramsey NJ Shop Rite one weekend several years ago when I lived in northern New Jersey. I walked past him and thought, that's Little Billy! I went back and talked with him and he couldn't have been nicer. He gave me his autograph and said he has seen bigger stars than him at this Shop Rite.

Liv Tyler was walking around in Manhattan when I passed her one day when I was in the city going to my monthly spa treatment at Mario Badescu. You can't miss her! So pretty!

Kevin Costner was checking out with a few articles in the adjacent checkout lane at the Ramsey NJ Shop Rite a few months after I saw Bryan Buffington. I was picking up my articles and looked up and saw those blue eyes and just about fainted. Holy smokes, he's a good lookin' man!

Re: What celebrity/famous person ....

Ran into Bill and Melinda Gates at a local play (they were sneaking out a few seconds early and he almost tripped over me...he smiled, said hi and excuse me). Howard Schultz (of Starbucks) said hello at a Seattle Sonics game (he was owner before the team relocated). David Duchovny (X-Files) at a restaurant in Vancouver and he was very nice, chatted for a few minutes. Gregory Hines at another play....also nice....chatted at intermission in the lobby. We also shared a flight with the Sonics from Houston to Seattle when their plane was being fixed and they had to fly commercial. They were very friendly. Colin Powell was on another flight we were on and smiled and said hi when he walked past our row. Saw Shirley Jones at a casino in Vegas when we were both at a David Cassidy show (she was his step-mom) and she was very sweet.

Re: What celebrity/famous person ....

I live in NH and have seen Steven Tyler several times as this is his home state. Also, since NH is the first in the nation primary state I have met or seen several Presidents/presidential candidates and various politicians. Every time I go to NYC I see someone. Saw Orlando Bloom on my last visit. When I was in Scotland last June for my niece's college graduation I walked by Daniel Radcliffe sitting at an outdoor café with some friends.

Patrick swayze-sorry if i misspelled his last name. He filmed a movie in my friends house 30 years ago. Tiger Warsaw. He had the bluest eyes I had ever seen! I live in a small town in Pennsylvania so he will probably be my one and only!

OMG....that brings back memories! My husband and I spent some time there. We saw Dion and Frankie Avalon in concert there. I loved the submarine sandwich place. Do you remember the movie ""The Fury"" being filmed there?

Nell Carter many, many years ago in first class on my way to LA...she was really nice! Scott Burrell ,the basketball player ,also on my way to LA many years ago. That's just off the top of my head...I'm sure I'm excluding some lol! One thing I did learn is that these celebrities are also normal people like the rest of us...that's probably why I'm rarely starstruck....oh Famke Janssen too in Soho...just remembered her lol! ......I have to add Tracy Ross and Mark Consuelos...both on the R train ...they were separate times...I've also seen Kelly Ripa outside her then - apartment in Soho ( she looked at me with recognition lol..I often wear a baseball cap and sunglasses in the summer and I think she confused me with someone else..very funny).

ooh Chris North IS handsome but unfortunately I can't separate his Mr. Big personality from his real self, lol, so he makes me mad every time I see him. {#emotions_dlg.laugh}{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}

Kevin Costner gets better as he gets older. I just love him. He was on Jimmy Kimmel awhile back and has the best personality. Great smile along with those eyes!! {#emotions_dlg.wub}
