This has been an interesting exercise.  Athough I'm not wearing makeup today (day off and staying home), I'm still using an astonishing number of products plus a couple of 'beauty treatments' (the Le Mieux and Borghese mud mask) thrown in today that are not in my every day routine.  If I were wearing makeup today, there would probably be another 10 products listed...good grief! 

I also have an alternating schedule of using beauty products and today is 'vitamin C serum' day in the AM and 'alpha hydroxy acid' treatment in the PM.  On other days, I alternate with Paula's Choice BHA liquid in the AM and either retinol or an enzyme mask in the PM.  This may seem like a lot of exfoliation but my skin feels smoother and looks brighter when I keep to a schedule of alternating BHA/AHA/Enzyme mild exfoliants.   I'm 59 and the whole natural exfoliation process is slowing down the older I get so I've been stepping up the use of mild chemical exfoliation, being careful not to overdo it (so don't judge, lol, it works for me).
