Thanks to all for your input. I liked my daughter's foundation but it is a matte finish and I prefer a dewy finish. Based on what some of said about their lipstick, I'll give it a try.

The primer I use everyday is by Rimmel. It's my HG but unfortunately I think it's been discontinued. :-( I also like their lipsticks.

I looked through my Rimmel products and realized I have lipsticks, foundation, bronzer and eye pencils. The eye pencil did not work for me though.

I have a bronzer from Rimmel, it says Natural Bronzer with natural Minerals. If I stick my nose right in it I can detect a very faint scent. Never even noticed it until I just now tried to see if it had a scent. I have some eyeshadows and a Stay Matte powder from them, I never noticed any scent with any of those. Their lip liners are good, I love East End Snob. I have had a few decent mascaras from them, too. I still have some blushes I got from them over 10 years ago, a pink/rose, peach and a brown/bronzer. They were/are great. Overall I think they are a good brand for the money.

Edited to add: They also have a foundation I liked, the 24 hour-wear one.

On a whim, I tried a lip color that looks like a fat crayon ..... it's half way between a lipstick and a gloss .... translucent color, but not greasy looking. Well, it was great and for $5 at Walmart, I went back and bought 4 more. ${#emotions_dlg.thumbup1}$

At first I thought Rimmel was this generation's answer to the ArtMatic cosmetics I started with in the 80's. I have never tried their products.

I love the Rimmel Kate Moss lipsticks. I like the little Rimmel concealer in a lipstick type tube also. Good to keep in my purse if I need a quick swipe during the day.

Love the Rimmel Fix and Perfect Pro primer. It really smoothes the way for foundation. I haven't tried any of their other products that I can remember.

I LOVE their lip gloss "Stay Glossy" with a little sponge applicator. To me, it is the perfect consistancy. My favorite color for everyday is the "Immortal Charm". I have back up tubes and really hope they continue this product.

Rimmel Eye Make Up Remover is the best! I have 6 bottles in reserve. I always buy a bottle when I am in a drugstore because I am afraid of running out.
