What Skin Care have you finally Stuck With....after a lot of trial and error

I would love to hear from ladies who have tried numerous skin care brands (Perricone, Dr Denese, PTR, Isomers, etc) and what did you finally end up sticking with.

I think so many of us have tried a lot of skin care and would like to hear what has really worked for you so well that honestly transformed your skin...so much so that you don't even look at other brands now.

Please let us know what results you have seen
