@Haircut100 wrote:I am crazy in love with Perricone's No Makeup Makeup Line. I'm using the serum foundation, blush, lipstick, lip gloss, mascara (the BEST ever!), concealer, and the brand new No Eyeshadow Eyeshadow. I just add eyeliner and brow pencil. This and my new Artis Brushes and my face looks really good! BTW, I have not used the Perricone highlighter or bronzer, though.
I am still waiting for them to come out with a lighter shade of the NFF serum foundation. I loved the coverage (light) and finish (satin) but the color was too dark. I will have to check out the new NEE! thanks for the heads up.
P.s. the bronzer makes a great eyeshadow.
ETA:I just looked up the eyeshadow and it actually looks alot like the bronzer, lol!

Tarte foundation is great! Sheer to med coverage using very little. Estée Lauder "More Than Mascara" is the bomb!

haha I "no"!
Recently I heard a vendor from another line caling their makeup, "no makeup makeup" and I thought, uht oh that may get them in trouble, legally. I saw them on two different shows say that. I am trying to remember who it was but I'm sure Perricone would not be happy if they knew someone was using their catch phrase/name!

Over the years, I tried a number of cosmetic lines offered by QVC and stuck with a few for quite some time. However, I got really ticked when, per usual, the poducts I really, really liked were discontinued or tweak to the point that they were no longer useful to me. So, I've given up on QVC cosmetic lines.
Most recenly, while in a Nordstrom I accepted a sample from Estee Lauder and went back for more. I've now added several of that line to my daily routine. Love their concealer, which does wonders for my under eye dark circles.

Perricone is certainly not the first to coin this phrase describing their make-up. Way back in the late 80s to early 90s, Victoria Jackson sold her "No Make-up Make-up" via Gunthy Renker on TV. I used it for a few years.

My latest discovery is Silk Naturals Mineral Make-up and Skin Care. I had ordered a couple shadows over the years but didn't have a tried and true favorite until I tried her Urban Decay Nakeds dupes and a couple other neutrals. She (Karen of Silk Naturals) is so good at what she does! And Wow is her stuff ever reasonable on top of being excellent.
Also new to me is her Apricot Cleansing oil and Vitamin C serum. So affordable and I'm loving them!
Silk Naturals is an on line only small indy company. Highly recommended.

Earlier this summer I thought I'd try the Josie Maran Matchmaker Powdered Foundation. I was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be a very nice option for me. I'm not fond that the amount of product in the pan is less than in others, but the matchmaking feature really works. I've also been using Skinn lip palettes quite a bit.
