I NEED your help! I have read about hundreds of different products women use to exfoliate their skin, which one do you use? Why did you choose it? Thank you SO much
(btw, I am not referring to any kind of machine exfoliator)

I love Philosophy's 2 pc Vitamin C Micro-Delivery Peel and ExfoliKate.
Both are a bit spendy, the ExfoliKate more so, but they really work, so worth the cost IMO. I have breakout prone skin and have to be careful with cosmetics and skin care.

I just use a two sided wash cloth, microfiber on one side and muslin on the other. The muslin really does a good job for me.

I am obsessed with Dr. Lancer's ""Polish"" exfoliating scrub. You can really feel it. I've used so many where you can hardly feel anything. This you can just use lightly with lots of water until your face can handle more. I buy through Nordstrom (dot com).

St. Ives Apricot Scrub- for face and body found at drug stores and supermarkets etc. It's great. Love their body lotions too.

I, too, like a combination of physical and chem because of my age (61) and the fact that I do not have thin or sensitive skin.
Phys in the a.m. with superfine sugar; and in p.m., Victoria Principal Reclaim buffing beads. (a.m. cleansing, which is all I use from the chem the night before; and part of p.m. cleansing from the chem from that day)
Chem in the a.m. w/ Alpha Hydrox Souffle @ 12% AHAs and in p.m., AH Retinol ResQ @ .15% retinol.
Gentle, daily because the old cells shed every day.

Not trying to tell you what to like, but I have heard more than once not to use anything with ground seeds or shells on your face. They are too sharp and cause micro cuts on the skin surface. This product has ground walnut shells.

I use Neutrogena Deep Clean Gentle Scrub. It is oil free and inexpensive. I have oily skin.
