What Is The Wen Routine.Can Somebody Explain

I purchased last night one of the Wen Specials..conditioner/cleanser. I have never seen Chaz do a step by step demo on a model live...so after you apply the cleanser to your wet hair in the shower, what comes next?

Do you blow dry, towel dry ? Do you put something else on if you blow dry your hair ?Why can't he do this live when he is on for an hour..never understood that. That is why it has taken me years of watching to finally say i'll give it a try.
