I use a natural soap which is extremely gentle to take off my makeup and cleanse my face. It is from a company called Rejuva Minerals and it is their "luxurious facial soap". I used to use Philosophy Purity and switched to this instead and I won't be without it. I know you mentioned you wanted something she didn't have to rinse off but when it comes to gentle and good for your skin, this is as good as it gets. It cleans and makes your skin so soft that I not only use this for my face but I also use this in place of body wash.

I love Target's Up and Up brand Liquid Eye Make-up remover with the purple lid. It removes all eye make-up. It is not expensive either!

I have never used it since I don't wear eye makeup, but I've heard from friends that Walmart "Equate" has a really good remover. And it's very inexpensive - under $5.

Avon makes a great one. Often on sale for .99. I like wipes better, especially when they are really moist. Simple does make a good moist one.

Neutrogena in the blue bottle, very reasonably priced at the drug store or big box store. You shake it up but its non oily.

I use Andrea's Eye Q Eye Makeup Remover Pads Ultra Quick in the blue container. Works great!

Cover Girl Clean Eyes Makeup Remover. It's great, doesn't sting, and gets everything off. For me, the drugstore stuff rules!

I use Equate dual phase eye makeup remover. It is a Walmart brand and is around $3.00 a bottle. I also like Neutrogena oil free eye makeup remover.

Baby oil cheap and does takes off all makeup.

I use the Walmart version of the Olay facial cloths - they are gentle and remove all my makeup, including eye makeup and mascara.
