@SurferWifeI also have the first generation Mia sold on QVC and the Radiance brush heads are my favorite. I upgraded once, but the newer brush didn't feel as gentle as the Mia, so I ended up mostly using the Mia.  Eventually I gave the newer brush away. 

Those who mention out the cost of the replacement brushes do bring up a good point.  That cost has to factor in with Clarisonic because like your toothbrush heads only last 3 to 4 months.
