What Foundation Looks Less Drying?

Hi all, I would love to find a very fast foundation for summer for my clients. I was thinking about Laura Geller's Balance N Brighten, but does it settle in lines? I want something to still have a slight glow and 'not' corpse like, lol. Also, does B N B look better with one of her primers under it?

Should I give up this idea and still stay with my liquid and cream makeups? I have never been a fan of powder foundations for dry skin, but, in the summer it could look much better. I would reallly appreciate your feedback, and thanks!
