I would like to buy a new eye shadow color. I like Bobbi Brown eye shadow sticks and currently have Bark, which is a brown, and Golden Bronze. I would like another color that's a little different. I have blue eyes and brown hair with blonde highlights. I'm posting a picture of my hair. I haven't fixed it today, so don't judge me on that please. I'm open to suggestions but definitely don't want blue. It doesn't have to be Bobbi Brown, but I do like eye shadow sticks and not powder. I appreciate any suggestions anyone can give me.

You should always buy opposite you eye color so your eyes will pop so I wound never buy blue if I were you. I think
Golden brown, warm taupe, copper, golden khaki, rich rasin and charcoal for eye shadows. Hope this helps.

I agree...BobbiBrown sticks that tend toward raisin or steel.
In the eye shadow crayons, there are about three choices that have some purple in them. And there are two that tend toward gray. HTH

@NickNack My coloring is quite similar to yours. I have tried many golds, bronzes, coppers, browns, plums and grays...most of them I didn't like. My 22-year-old daughter gave me a Lancome eyeshadow palette she got as a gift with purchase and then did my eye makeup for me. She used a soft taupe, a quiet, not too shimmery bronze and a "barely there" gold shade. I loved it and it is now my go-to eye look. For evenings out, I use a bit more eyeliner which is a bronze-brown shade.
We played around with a plum color and a darker gray but neither of us liked it. She told me with the blond highlights in my brown hair and blue eyes, I looked better using soft shades rather than the deeper, smokier colors. I had never thought about that, but when she mentioned that while I was looking in the mirror, I could see she was exactly right.
I hope this helps. Maybe some of the shadows you already own can be mixed in an empty palette with a nude matte or satin shadow to make them softer. If nothing else, it's worth a try before you resort to purchasing all new eyeshadows.

Thank you @Quinny. This is particularly interesting to me since your coloring is the same as mine.

@NickNackNot a very good picture. Bobbi Brown's long wear cream eyeshadow in "Heather". It is my favorite and good for your coloring.
