A lot! Did 3 online orders (all essentials/refills of products I already use) and 1 in-store visit.

Only new thing I'm trying is the Dr Jart set of the 4 BB creams. I heard they're awesome but couldn't decide which one to get in the store.

I'll have no problem maintaining my VIB Rouge status for another year!

Hey Happydaze ,those Kat Von D palettes look so pretty ! I'm a big fan of her shadows , my fave palettes from the line are Ladybird, Saint, and the Spellbinding Shadow Book (from this past Christmas).

I know!!! I know I will eventually get them but will wait until the end of the year if they are still around. I love love love the ladybird and the Saint palette too and have both (the only two palettes of hers I have right now). I didn't know about the Spellbinding shadow book at Christmas time..I'm sure I'd want that one too!

I was eyeing those Kat Von D palettes too but held out because I have palette overload right now, just got some from the Balm that I'm very impressed with. I also had a few Too Faced palettes in my cart.

I just watched a youtube video from tarababyz with the Kat Von D palettes... I highly recommend her channel. Her videos are long but her camera work, lighting, and swatches are exceptional! She is pretty edgy and her looks are edgy but I still learned a lot from watching her techniques, she's very thorough in her demos and reviews. She starts the demos about 10 mins in and they are always worth watching. Plus I'd just want to spend a week in her makeup room!

HD, which one do you have your eye on? I love that she put big matte vanilla shadows in each.

Thanks MissKlynn, I will check out the video for sure! I appreciate edgy looks as well as natural looks.

I pretty much know I am getting the Monarch one for sure and keep debating about the Chrysalis one but I absolutely LOVE the melancholia color in it- when I swatched it out on me, it was the most unusual and amazing color- like a silver and taupe with a slight undertone of a green. The online swatches i've seen so far don't do it any justice- it is a very chameleon color. I haven't seen anything like it. I also really love the Transition color. So, alas, I will probably get that one as well as the Monarch. I really love the colors in the Monarch. The Wrath color is similar to one I have in a STILA palette but that one is matte, whereas Kat's has some sparkle/shimmer to it. I love both and they look great on all eye colors. All the other colors in that palette are stunning.

HappyDaze..... that Spellbinding Shadow book is amazing = 24 full size shadows all gorge!!! Google it and you'll see what I mean !!! I'd probably buy another backup of that palette if it were still available.

Hi MissKlynn, I love watching Tarababyz!! Anytime I am interested in a new palette, I already know that I can count on her review and great swatches. She should give herself more credit b/c she does an awesome job ! A fave YT Guru for sure .
