I have a question - The directions say to apply it on clean dry skin - but after it dries, it it ok to use an oil based makeup?  And is ''It'' foundation oil based? TIA

@sarahpanda  Any oil or eye cream used before or after affects how the product works. The temporary tightening (?) is based on very dry, non-moisturized undereyes.

***Many of these products, PTR makes one too, sometimes leave a white film. There's a learning curve.

@sarahpanda   You probably already know this, but I think "IT Cosm" still have a oil -free Foundation.  I didnt particularly care for this, (vs "IT's original Foundation"), but then again, I didnt try the non-oil based over Westmore 60 sec eye gel.  Good luck.

I suggest reading the reviews before buying.  72 out of 120 are one star reviews, doesnt get much worse.

Re: Westmore 60 second eye gel

I bought it and returned it within only about five days.  It went on fine, did it's thing tightening, but when I washed it off, I felt like the skin was more wrinkled.  It was as if the tightening stretched the skin out to be smooth then made the wrinkles worse.  My eyes aren't bad for 58 years old.  For me, less is better.

They say the worst thing you can do to your skin is tighten, loosen, tighten, loosen. Pretty soon it'll just be loose, lol. I just use these kinds of products for special occasions.

I thought we weren't supposed to put foundation under our eyes?
