Chaz's new assistant, Gina Gannon, was on the 3am ET showing of Beauty IQ this morning. I had forgotten about this, but I had DVRed the show and Gina's segment started 24 minutes into the show. If you have QVC Plus, Gina's segment is on right now.

All the models have styled their own hair. Team Wen usually styles their hair, so I really appreciate seeing what their hair looks like when they style it themselves. Since they model professionally I realize that they know how to style their own hair, but I doubt that they're professional stylists. While their hair didn't have as much volume as it has when Team Wen styles it, all of their hair styles look great. The four models were Joy (dirty blond, long hair), Kate (long, red hair), Wendy (afro - short curly hair), and Tracy (long, kinky, light brown hair - this is the model braided her hair overnight to create the "beach hair" effect).

I think it's a great idea to have them all style their own hair when Gina is presenting the Wen line.

I just watched this, I had DVR'd it. The models did an Amazing job! Wow! I can't believe they did that themselves. I think it's great that they let them style their own hair. I always love seeing Chaz, but Gina did a great job!

I was just about to post the same thing. Funny, I noticed that Gina has included the word "insane" in her WEN nomenclature, too. (Too early to take a "drink", so I'll just sip my coffee )

Will try to watch. I like my WEN, but I'm beyond bored with Chaz himself and the bouncing hair. It's the same lines, the same pictures every time.

I know lots of forum posters wish some vendors would disappear. My vote is for Chaz first. Not his products - they're fine. I'm just bored, bored, bored with the presentations- and he has plenty of work running his multi-million dollar company.

I need to see something different, and soon. My last item on AD ships in September and I'm just not willing to watch him to decide what to order next.

Thank You JLF! I got to see it. You guys Gina will be just fine, too. I thought she did a great job. I think knowing fewer ppl were watching, fewer models, less bustling around was good on the nerves. Looks like she can pull off the on air shows. She'll settle in.

I went to the listing and watched the video. They all did a great job. Gina seemed very relaxed. She did great. The models also did a great job styling their hair.

Dang, I'm not sure I recorded it, will have to check. I'd like to see that. SEE, Chaz DOES listen and tries to give us what we want, time permitting.
