I just called wen.com to try to get my CCs in my kit changed to FTP but they said they are not receiving the fall seasonal! I'm sooo disappointed! I think I may cancel my kit even though it's an amazing deal :-(

Wow, so no Fall Tuscan Pear at all for GR? I wonder if they will offer any of the fall scents they have in the past for people on auto delivery like you?

I asked about the previous fall scents and those aren't available. That pretty much ruins GR for me! If rather just order exactly what I want from qvc!

I completely understand... I am really enjoying FTP. QVC really works well for me with the TSVs and the product selection. You could always delay your shipment with GR and call them when you want it shipped.

That's odd because they've carried the seasonals in the past. I wonder if that rep was mistaken?

That's weird--they have always carried the seasonals in the past. I did notice they have FGP though...not that it matters to me since I don't really care about seasonals.

If they are carrying the prior seasonals it really doesn't make sense that they wouldn't be carrying the new fall seasonal.

That's odd. They have FGP and just debuted SAM in 32 ounce bottles.

Hopefully the rep was wrong. If not, I'll get 3 TTs!

I called a couple days ago to change my kit, and I was told that they Are expecting FTP in September, she said probably next week or the week after. I postponed my kit until Oct because of this. They Do have FGP right now. I hope my representative was right.

Bethany, I called to change my kit also. My rep told me that she had conflicting information on FTP.

She also told me that the 32 ounce bottles of SAM are being shipped in 2 16 ounce bottles with a $20 coupon.

I really wanted a 32 ounce bottle of SAM in my shower.
