Why would they advertise a 32 oz bottle when it's just 2 16 oz bottles? That's false advertising.

not really since you are still getting the same amount. I wish QVC would understand this concept- two 16oz bottles EQUALS one 32 oz!

Sure it is. One of the reasons I don't buy from GR is that I prefer the 32oz bottles to the 16oz. If I bought a 32oz bottle from them and they shipped it to me as 2-16oz bottles, I'd have a big problem with that. My guess is that they will offer the 32oz bottles eventually (perhaps there was a delay in their receiving it, or perhaps they simply jumped the gun on selling it), but rather than delay the orders they're fulfilling them with 16oz bottles.

Having said that, I do agree with what I think you're saying...that when QVC screws up an order on a 32oz bottle and says they can't make it right because they don't have anymore 32oz bottles, they absolutely should send 2 16oz bottles instead rather than refund if that's what the customer wants. Looks like GR CS wins this round

EXACTLY! You get, I get...why can't THEY get it??!

I still get sad when I only see two 32 oz bottles of SHP in my cabinet instead of three, LOL!

Six of one, half a dozen of another: some Wenners want 32 ounces of product; others, a 32 ounce bottle.

I wanted the bottle more than the product, so I'm glad she told me about the change.
