I've seen that happen several times - the TSV number goes live a few days before the actual TSV day and it's at the regular QVC price. Any pre-orders at the TSV price generally have a separate number that goes dead sometime the evening before the day of the TSV.

I agree with bruingirl. This is the regular pricing. Once you get the email, and click the link via the email, we will see the TSV pricing.

I just received an e-mail about the new tsv. Someone also posted about this on another thread. If you have a q card and are on their e-mail list you should be receiving an e-mail soon.

I accidentally deleted my email with the link to the TSV and I'm having a very difficult time getting customer service to let me order. The really rude woman I just spoke too told me I can only order though the link even though I have the item number. Would some kind soul mind sending me a message with the link so I can get my WEN fix. I'm going away for Labor Day and need my TSV. TIA. <3
