I liked it for a few months until I rolled up my hair in a topknot and went to sleep. I was busy the next day so I left my hair up and in the evening had big mats. Also its falling out in clumps. I stopped using it and started hair vitamins and I think the hair finally stopped falling out. Maybe its a no no to sleep with it as a leave in conditioner. Just letting people know in case. I didn't like cutting 8 inches off.

If it weren't for WEN's horrible smell I would probably use it. Why on earth do they make it to smell so bad?

"They" don't make it smell bad...it smells bad to you--and that's fine. Scent is very subjective, but most of us who use Wen like a lot of the scents. Some, of course, I like better than others but there has only been one that I dislike so much that I would never use it again. And I've tried all but 2 of the scents!
