Wen Pump Replacement

To everyone complaining about broken pumps-this email address has been posted previously with a solution-in the time you spent typing a complaint you could have gotten a replacement.

Pumps on all products have a habit of breaking, until we live in a perfect world that's just the way it is. Contact the maker, in this case Chaz Dean, NOT the place you bought it from, QVC.

email customerservice@chazdean.com or call 323-467-6444.

I emailed about purchasing a new pump since mine had broken.

I received a reply less than an hour later asking for my address so they could send me one free of charge.
