If you want to try the WEN product...get them from QVC....not that horrible info-mercial like I did. They have billed me every month, but only sent me one kit that was supposed to be $29.95....no P & H. Well I was charge P & H...and they automatically charged my credit card....but never sent any other kits. Called the infomercial customer service (ha)...explained to them the problem...they said they would me an affidavit to fill out that I never received the other 3 kits but was charged (over $100 so far)....terrible marketing gimmick.... I received in the mail a kit....no affidavit...now I have to send back all this stuff UPS....NOT WORTH IT....GET YOUR PROUDUCTS FROM QVC....Chaz Dean I'm really disappointed that I was taken in by your infomercial....please pass that along to him.

Never had a problem with Nick Chavez......class act.
