Wen Oils- Defective Packaging

I am so disappointed! I have 6 of the Wen oils and the packaging went bad on all 6! Let me explain... I keep my oils in a makeup bag. Well today when I went to do an oil treatment I pulled one out and realized that the rubber on the top part of it had completely broken away, leaving my oil all over the bag! The other oils were all like this too! So basically I have 6 empty oil bottles, all with broken tops. Never buying the oil again. What a waste of money.

Sorry this happened to you but having tons of the oils I would never consider keeping them in a makeup bag. I always keep them upright on a shelf or drawer.

That's too bad about the oils since they cost so much it's a shame they all leaked. I keep mine in my hall closet on a shelf, I don't trust bottle not to leak, I do have a couple of the TT $20. Oils that don't even fit right so I really have to be careful with those.

My oil tops have broken too, but not the way yours did. For some reason the tops just do not fit on properly. Like others have said, I keep mine upright on a shelf so they don't leak.

I had a problem as well and had to call WEN and have a new dropper sent to me...my stopper would not close on the bottle.

At about $50.00 a pop why aren’t you sending them back for a refund?

Hmm...same here...even the new one I had to order from WEN does not close properly???

These are from when the oils were reformulated and Chaz came out with two 3-piece sets of smaller oils a couple years ago- too late for a refund. That's also why I had them in a bag, because they were small versions. Still a bummer though.

I JUST order the set of 5 oils from his main site...once I receive, I might transfer the oils to new bottle droppers (Container Store). Thanks for the heads up....
