I am kind of new to using the oil treatments. Started with once a week, now using it 2x/week (leave in hair all night and cleanse in the morning). My hair looks great and I feel like I would like to use it more. How often do you use the oils and what does Chaz recommend?

Chaz recommends to use the oils the night before you cleanse. I cleanse everyday and sometimes every other day. I try to use the oils at least once a week or sometimes twice a week.

I cleanse twice a week. I do the oil treatments the night before I wash.

I do use the oil for overnight treatment, but not as often. Instead, I tend to use a little on my scalp every other night. I'm AA tho, you may not be able to pull that off without cleansing. I do it bc Chaz recommends using the oils for sure in winter for staving off dryness from forced heat. Once I did that, I experienced more growth and continued it thru the year.

I cleanse every other day mostly, I could go 3 days but I actually like showering now. Feels like I'm pampering myself. I use the oil for a scalp treatment almost every night before I cleanse. I really enjoy it. Love the LAV. So relaxing before bed. I also use the oils on my face and body and have noticed a great improvement in my skin! And just this week I have found a ton of new hair growth! Its amazing! Can't recommend them enough. I would use them everyday but I don't want to cleanse my hair more than every other day. I do use them on my face daily.

I try to do the overnight oil treatments about 2 times a week but I also rotate in overnight remoist (or 613 CC) treatments.

I cleanse my hair every 3-4 days. I'll do two overnight oil treatments on the nights before I cleanse my hair. The next time, I'll do either an overnight remoist treatment or a 613 CC overnight treatment, on the night before I cleanse my hair.

So, on average, I'm probably doing two overnight oil treatments in each 10 day period.

I do overnight oil treatments twice a week. Sometimes especially in the Winter I will add more oil to my scalp and leave it on a few days if I'm not getting out. I cleanse twice a week also.

I try to use oils twice a week. However, I have taken to using the oils on my face every night instead of a moisturizer--wonderful!

I cleanse three times a week, usually Mon, Weds and Fri. I usually do an oil treatment the night before I cleanse but will occasionally skip it. So 2-3 times a week. I also use them on my skin daily too....they're my only moisturizer.
