Wen Mousse...how to use.....help?!!!

Hi All! I just purchased the Wen Mousse....and want to add to my wen cleansing routine....how do I use this? Do i put it on in the shower right after final rinse on soaking wet hair...or do I wait till after towel dried hair and before I blow dry? Confused? Thanks all!
