I've decided that I am going to get a WK gallon.

My younger daughter's hair has been real dry with lots of knots lately and I couldn't understand why. I was also surprised at how long the 16oz WKW I bought was lasting. I thought my older daughter (9) was using POM more than just when I wash her hair. Well today I found out she has been hiding the WKW so when her sister gets a bath Daddy has been using his shampoo on her {#emotions_dlg.glare} In his defense he thought the WKW was for the 9 year old only.... I suspect I know where he got that idea from {#emotions_dlg.laugh}

So I figure with the gallon, in addition to the savings, 9year old will feel secure that she will have enough and its a little too big to hide

My question if there is a difference, which of the WK formulas are the most moisturizing? We've only tried the WKW

Their all the same according to Chaz, except for scent. They all work the same on my hair.

IMO the SB is richer and more moisturizing.

Good idea! The gallons are hard to hide, but A for effort to your 9 year old.

LOL! I agree, Kid's S/B is the most moisturizing. The great thing with the Kid's formula is that you can switch it on the Auto Delivery because the kid's formula has the same item number. Watermelon is the 2nd most moisturizing. My husband thinks SB is more moisturizing than Fig. Good Luck.

We ordered the watermelon gallon last year but decided to change it up a bit this year and ordered strawberry banana. So glad we did! I used it for the first time tonight and I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The smell reminds me of ""original"" flavor bubblegum! It was very frothy and light but also seemed much more moisturizing than the watermelon by far. Actually I would even go as far as to say this is my second favorite formula next to tea tree! I was pretty surprised too. I buy the WEN kids for my daughter. I didn't get great results with the watermelon so I didn't expect to like the strawberry banana but I couldn't resist trying it anyway. I am so glad I did! My hair is so soft and the was less hair in the drain too. Definitely give strawberry banana a try! I don't think it gets nearly enough attention! :-)

I have a 9 year old daughter and a 5 year old son that both use Wen kids. My daughter and I love the apple and my son likes the strawberry banana. We all love the watermelon. I bought a gallon of watermelon last year. This year I bought the apple. I think they all three perform about the same. The watermelon and apple are the same color/consistency, but the strawberry banana seems much thicker. It has the color/consistency of smashed bananas. I agree with ctinaw that it smells like bubblegum. I don't think you can go wrong with any of them. They all work great and smell great in my opinion.

I went ahead and ordered the SB gallon. Thank you for all your input. I like that it may be more moisturizing, even if its the same as the watermelon that's fine too. Since that worked too.

That fact that it smells bubblegum-ish is a bonus, the 5 year old loves bubblegum

I love the WKW too and haven't tried the other WK scents so am excited to hear how you like it. The story about your daughter hiding the WKW is too cute!
