Well, this is what i'm doing.

I didn't get much response regarding using CC as a conditioner only so thought i would try it. Yesterday and today when i used my regular shampoo..... i could almost "feel" my hair starting to tangle.... seriously... i.e. i start lathering and i'm dealing with a wad of hair the size of a grapefruit and by the time i'm done lathering i've got a soccer ball and i could tell it was a snarled mess... big difference from cleansing with wen. My hair is layered lightly but it still past my shoulders. So i then proceeded to use about 3 pumps of CC and apply to everything but my scalp and left it on just as i would my normal conditioner while i shaved and took the rest of my shower. Rinsed it out and heaven.... i could tell i was being "detangled". Put a pump of CC in for a leave-in and used 1/2 a pump of my styling creme. I have had good luck yesterday and today...... it is like i still have the body the same as when i cleansed with wen and i am still receiving the benefit of major detangling but now i hope to not feel like i'm thinning out in the hair area as well as i will be able to afford to continue to use the wen in this aspect. I just knew i wouldn't be able to have kept it up having to cleanse daily....

AND - another great tip i got on this forum was the sporonette brush (sp?). I bought one off ebay and it is absolutely the best. i was needing a new round brush and tried two different ones from walmart (both advertised not to make hair static)..... well i tried both and they BOTH made my hair staticky...... my old brush was just a metal round brush and i never had static. Thought i would try the sporonette recommended on here and it was the best purchase. highly recommend that type of brush.
