No serum or cream will lift the skin. What they might do is plump/firm so there's a temporary overall improvement to the appearance of the skin.

At the risk of being very blunt I would put this serum in the class of pure junk!! did you check the ingredients,  parabens and even DMDM Hydantoin which is formaldehyde derived. Ingredients are very outdated.
