Again it might be cultural, in Europe we tend to be very discreet this why we prefer a healthy skin regime ( cleanser, serum, moisturizer, compact, mascara and lipstick) we go at least once a week to the hair salon  (they are very inexpensive in comparison with the US) and we pay lots of attention to our shoes. 

If  you decide to wear make up  make sure that no one can tell , c'est la vie🌻
