We cant post discount codes now?

I posted a 30% off code for STO, and it was poofed. I posted a code for the Sephora sale, and was told it would probably be poofed. I've seen codes shared here for years. Why are they being poofed? If we can't share them here, is there a good beauty board somewhere where we are free to share? I was looking forward to learning about good sales for the holidays here, especially Dooney sales, is there a forum elsewhere to chat with Dooney ladies?
