I definitely could have done without the hassle but in the end they came thru with two perfectly palettes and a free pair of very nice lashes.  Reason #38 for buying everything from good ol Sephora if possible

Absolutely.  The only time I buy from a company, itself, is if they are having a really good package deals or GWP or something.
