Oily lids here, too.  Discovered a K-brand eyelid primer esp for those of us with oily eyelids.  On Elizabeth Mott's website.  Check it out.  It's called "Thank Me Later".  $20.  Absolutely works!

Tarte Lights Camera Action is my fave and it doesn’t run and is easy to take off, which I never could find in a waterproof version. It’s the best of both worlds and is the richest, darkest black!
