[Summer Shine]

For lack of a better description , I am looking for temporary color to apply to give myself a "tan" that can be washed off. I saw Kate Somerville had one on Q recently but cant find it, and I don't remember the name. I like to add color to my pasty white, veinY legs for shorts and capri's but I hate the hassle of self tanners, like messing up an area, the SMELL, the way they dry the skin out. I think applying a lotion for color as needed,and then washing off in the shower sounds great. Any one have an products they can recommend?
