Was so looking forward to the Tarte must haves

Opened the foundation, looked nice.  Was pleasantly surprised with the lipstick color - very nice.  Then I opened the palette and it was a mess!  Two chipped/broken eyeshadows and brown powder all over the place. 

I am so disappointed.  I guess its got to go back.  Smiley Sad
