Yeah! I love my new Boots matte foundation! My local store doesn't carry it but I can always get it on their dot com site!

What's the difference between regular "Boots" and "Boots No7"?
I know that Target carries "Boots No7" makeup and stuff, but does "Boots" also make cosmetics?
TIA
Boots have two make-up brands - No 7 and also 17. They make all their own cosmetics and they are made in the UK. The 17 brand is geared towards the younger market and their No 7 brand is marketed towards women in their twenties and upwards.
Boots have other brands including Soltan and Botanics, which as far as I know are also made in the UK.
For those of you looking for more info on where they sell their products in the US (and other countries), you may find this link helpful:- http://www.allianceboots.com/our-group/our-product-brands.aspx Also, check out the links in the left-hand side bar on that page for more info about Boots brands.
I hope this helps
Thanks very much for the excellent clarifications, Aeon, and they did indeed help me. 8-)

Some Walgreens and Ulta stores carry Boots #7 items, though usually a smaller selection than Target.
I would love it if more stores carried #7. Right now the things I love most are only carried at Target and I live in Texas. With the Open Carry people carrying guns into Target stores, I refuse to go there until that's settled. Target respectfully asked them not to carry guns inside, but that same day one of them ran over there to take a picture of himself and his gun inside Target to post to his Open Carry Facebook page. You can't ask disrespectful people to do anything out of respect and Target should have known that.
My Walgreen's now has a HUGE selection of Boots products...

In the UK Boots is the name of the chemists/drug stores (like Walgreens, CVS) with the No 7 and 17 almost the "store brand" of skincare, cosmetics and bath/shower among all the other brands. Over here they're displayed as Boots being part of the brand. My local Walgreens has carried the brand for over a year, I think.
No 7 used to come out with a nice purse-size compact every summer with coordinated bronzey powder foundation, blush and a few wet/dry eyeshadows. I loved buying these to keep in my purse for nice little weekends away. I wish they still made these...or maybe they do and are just not available here?

I feel for you, Chynna Blue. That has to be one of the least thought-thru legislation ever passed. Sooner rather than later, something bad is going to happen when the wrong person gets p*ssed off and they are carrying. Sorry! I just happen to be very un-gun. Be safe!

Sounds like I need to travel across the river to Walgreen's! Thanks KateChopin!

I've never seen Boots in Walgreen's. And it's just as well since I find their prices to be much higher than similar stores.
(I also have a huge dislike for one of my local Walgreen's since they jacked up the prices of candles & batteries after Hurricane Sandy when items like those were in short supply and desperately needed.)
I have seen Boots at Target - lots of it, as a matter of fact. But never at Walgreen's.

You're welcome Feline Fine, I'm glad I could help

I just checked our Walgreen and they don't have Boots so far. I do agree - their prices are not always the best. I like Boots 7 because a lot of the stuff is geared toward sensitive skin.

Well, turns out Walgreens bought Boots so that they could move their HQ from the US, renounce their citizenship, and stop paying taxes here. It's a giant tax dodge.
Looks like I won't be supporting Boots or Walgreens anymore.
Here's an article about it from the New York Times: http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2014/06/30/renouncing-corporate-citizenship/
