WOW - Tarte has great CS

I returned a lipstick to Tarte -- mailed it on Tuesday -- and I just received a confirmation email stating that my credit has been processed! Unbelievable! It takes QVC at least 2 weeks to process a return. I realize the volume QVC has to deal with is much higher, but I was just amazed when I got the email from Tarte.
