@Krissy_1968 I just read about your aunt- so scary! My mom had the same thing but it turns out it was TIA . She actually did not have any short term memory for about a day and still never recovered any memories from that day. Glad to hear it sounds like your aunt is doing much better now and it wasn't anything too serious, although it was scary for sure.

Thanks @HappyDaze yes the events sure mimicked a TIA...speaking gibberish, falling down, no balance...and she has no memory of the events of that day either...but the doctors say no,looking at CAT scans/MRI and whatever tests they did...sorry to hear about your mom and glad she recovered from that...it is very scary indeed!

Yes, this is the new item I really want to try, too!  I have dark circles and use the Hylighten and will continue and just add the ICE over it. D was showing using it all around the eyes all day long.

I personally cannot take watching Dimitri that much. He is so over the top in what he says his products can do and I say this not to be mean but he is not doing himself any favors with the fillers. It is too much! It looks way overdone and I really wish he would stop with the shoe polish hair dye. It looks so unnatural and that combined with the overdone fillers and botox, he is starting to look cartoonish. He is not a bad looking man at all and if he just took his hair up like one level and did about 1/4 of the fillers he would be very nice looking. I am not one of those people who think vendors selling products cannot or should not use fillers/botox or even surgery but when it makes one look that unnatural I do think that it is not a good look for the brand.

He has some products that I absolutely would like to check out but then he adds like 2, 3 or 4 irriating oils or other ingredients in them, that serve absolutely no purpose. UGH! That makes me so frustrated, I can't tell you how many times that happens and I hate it. It really bothers me because he is supposed to have been an esthetician and should know better.

Irshgrl--Sorry that Dimitri may not be your cup of tea! Too many of us DO love him and his skin care products. That said, when using faithfully, no other outside fillers/botox are then needed, as you have implied. I hope you find a skin care line that you can live with, as SKINN does not seem to be the one for you.

I'm 50/50 on him.. somedays I like him others it is too much. I did tune in this morning and thought to myself he must use fillers on nose to mouth area .  no one looks that firm and non lined that is over 50.  But I have no proof , JMO

I don't see anything wrong with this man's looks.  WOW!  you couldn't have kept the looks comment to yourself?  That would have been better.  What you said here, just makes me think you're very mean spirited and rude in cutting down a person's looks.  You sure lost credibility with me.

Hey Dazzlers, don't forget to use the $10 or $30 codes Evine emailed a week or so ago (they're recipient specific).  I've been saving that baby for today.  I think I'm done buying for the weekend.  Now I'm getting in the recliner and just going to enjoy the show.

Hey @JeanLouiseFinch do tell what all you purchased? Did you pass on both ttv's?

@Chi-town girl your mask set is 41 bucks preferred price...with the coupon even less...

@ okat Thanks girl! I posed a link for the Evine sitch but you basically put it in a few sentences so very succinctly...

I wish I had merited a 10 or 30 dollar off code...but Evine and I have been warring lately...between my broken Isomers kit/then they cancelled the kit with the 10 off...then I got free shipping on Skinn once onlys they had hidden like a secret on beauty day...then they denied me a code for the 10/30 bucks off...it is a real t*t for tat with that corporation LOL

@Krissy_1968
Hey lady, long time no see.  Not too much.  I did a second Beekman TTV A/D, then put the Skinn Pure Energy & BioCell Mask duo on A/D, and put the Sonic Infusion Tips on A/D.  Boring, I know.

Hey there @JeanLouiseFinch yes I know...been a week...my aunt went to hospital with what we thought was a mini stroke or TIA...turns out it was severe dehydration...was very worried for a few days but she is home now and doing better...I just bought the Huile ttv with the 10 percent off...I will watch the tanning kit again to decide but I still haven't tried the Viva Liberte...I know..I am such a self tanning procrastinator hahaha! The tan towel color lasted a good 5-6 days and faded naturally...I never did get around to using a 2nd towel to get the darker color...

this huiele kit sounds so good! and it uses the same plant (resurrection bush) that Manuela's Immortal and Elysee uses...which makes me think it is going to be a true HG kit for me...

@Krissy_1968  Hi Krissy Very happy to hear your Aunt is home and feeling better.  What a nice relief that is considering it could have been something worse.  I wish her well.  I thought I was going to get by with nothing ordered this time around, but after watching the presentation of the Huile ttv, I ordered it also.  I'm curious about the eye balm stick that's included in it.  I could use a good moisturizing cream for my legs.  This to me is a very functional important ttv to have.  With the discount the price is fabulous.  Enjoy yours when it arrives and hope your Aunt continues to get better.

Whew, @Krissy_1968, that had to be scary for her.  Glad she's coming around and doing better now.

Dimitri was on this morning demo-ing the tanning kit.  Ooh, I don't know if it's my TV or what, but I didn't think those models looked very good at all.  He said it's not orangey, but that's just how they looked to me.  Maybe it's the tv transmission from Evine, too, because his makeup never looks good either.  Last night they showed the tattoo coverup with the plasma fusion stick and that ankle definitely looked yellow to me.  DH even noticed it.  Let me know if you get his kit.  LOL, you'll certainly have plenty of self-tanning options.  Smiley Wink

As is seeming to be the case with many other items, @sommertime and @Chi-town girl , don't be surprised if Hylighten does a disappearing act soon and this one replaces it.  Woman Wink
