I use both depending on my needs.
When I have to get ready quickly I use Tweak'd because WEN takes me forever to put in twice and rinse, rinse, rinse... But, on these days I still use WEN as my leave in.
When I have "time", I use WEN but if my hair is full of products I use the Tweaked shampoo first then WEN as my conditioner & my leave in.
I really like them both and feel I get benefits by using both.

@bargainsgirl I find the responses interesting as they differ greatly. For me, my hair is colored, mostly grey, thick and has natural curl/wave and very dry, can get coarse looking. I gave Wen several years. I bought it by the gallons and was religious with it. I realized I was losing my hair. I will not blame it on Wen as I have no evidence that is what caused it but I did stop using it.
With T'weaked, it just gives way too much volume for me. I already have very thick hair and I do not need volume. I use products to tame the volume so had no luck with T'weaked. Now, if you need volume and tend to have oily hair, it may be a great product for you.
As for your question, is there a reason you are limiting your choices to just these two?

I have fine, extremely curly (kinky) dry hair. For my hair type, most of the products in these both lines give me enough moisture, but I have experienced misses in both too. Tweak'd Cleansing Hair Treatment Masque is the product that works best for me. The Restoring Mist is good for me too. In Wen, the mousse has turned out to be the all-star product for my hair. I can't believe how well this product works in aiding styling my hair, whether I'm going to sport the curls or heat straighten my hair. My hair stylist even loves this product for my hair.
That said, everything else in both lines is ok, but other than Chaz's mousse, I am not totally devoted to either brand to the point where I will use nothing else.

I respectfully beg to differ. @SeaMaiden. Regular shampoos make my hair feel like straw- My hair is super dry, coarse, wiry, and high- porousiy, frizz-prone... These lines don’t strip the natural oils, and I need that! Everyone has different hair...

10 year WEN girl here. I prefer it over any other brand on the planet.

Another 10 year Wen girl here. The search ended the day I tried Wen a decade ago.

I've never tried Wen. Like some Tweak'd products. But LOVED Ojon Ultra Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and nothing has worked as well for my hair before or since. Also loved the Ojon volumizing mousse. My hair is wispy baby fine, thinnish, super curly, but it's gray now and it wasn't then.
