WEN gallon pump problem

The bottom tube of the pump has separated from the top pump part. It is now stuck in the gallon. I've been using the pump from my gallon but am worried that some day the other part of pump will also get stick in the bottom as well.

Has anyone had this issue? And what was your fix? I'm almost tempted to call the salon and ask if they would sell me just the pump. TIA!!
