WEN and Double Process Treatments

Can WEN be used if you have a double process bleach and color? I would presume that when it's time to rinse the bleach and color you would have to revert back to shampoo???? Also, lately my hair has become thinner and I can see my scalp in the front. I'm concerned about the posts that blame WEN for this condition. I currently use LIVING PROOF shampoo, conditioner and mouse and am thinking about changing.
